Can I avoid the ticket fee if I purchase tickets at the door or calling?
The ticket processing fee applies to all purchase, whether bought online, over the phone, or at the door.
Is there accessible seating?

Is Dracula appropriate for my child?
This ballet may not be appropriate for children under 13 due to mature themes.

Tickets may be exchanged for a different performance date of the same production. Exchange fee $3 per ticket. Exchange requests must be made three business days in advance of performance. Please contact customer service to request an exchange.
All tickets delivered by email. If you do not have an email address or a printer, please contact customer service and we will be happy to make your ticket available at the theater in "will call" on the day of the show. If you have a copy of your eticket or receipt on your mobile device, that is sufficient and you do not need to print out your tickets.
